We use the information collected to respond to inquiries within 4 business hours, prepare customized telecom and UCaaS proposals, provision phone numbers and E911 records, deliver Texas-based technical support, and comply with federal and Texas telecommunications regulations (including CPNI and E911 compliance).

We protect Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) in strict accordance with FCC rules (47 U.S.C. § 222). We do not sell, rent, or trade your call detail records (CDRs) or business contact information to third parties.
